CONSUMER RIGHTS POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will happily return it within 28 days of purchase. Please note that all items must be returned in the same state/condition in which they were sold (unopened and Original Packing). This policy is offered at management discretion and can be withdraw at any time.
Faulty Items - Did your item develop a fault within 28 days of purchase, that has occurred through no fault of your own? Provided it is returned with a receipt and we can verify the fault, we can offer a full refund to the original payment method, repair or replace the item, or exchange it for something else of equal value.
12 Month Repair Warranty – items with 12-month warranty if they develop a fault through no fault of your own within the 12-month warranty period, we will aim to repair the item. In the event that this isn't possible, we will issue a refund to the original payment method at the original sales value.
Phones/Gadgets with 12-month Warranty - All phones/Gadgets sold with 12-month warranty if they develop a fault through no fault of your own, we will aim to repair the item within 7 days. If fault is not repairable then we will replace to identical item. If repair or replacement both are not possible then we will issue a refund to the original payment method at the original sales value. if they develop provided the item is returned within 6 months from the date of purchase. If your item is returned after 6 months from the date of purchase, then we will refund as per the current sales value or original sales value (whichever is the lower).
Unfortunately, we cannot refund on graded/new phones however if there is fault with it we will either fix within warranty or provide a refund as set out above. If fault is beyond fixable then we will exchange it with similar condition phone or offer Credit note.
We cannot refund, replace, or exchange certain products if the seal/packaging has been broken or opened.
This is applicable to memory cards, wires, headphones/Adopter, EarPods, and media cards. Wireless, Wired or VR Headsets are also excluded; this is due to reasons of hygiene. Screen protectors cannot be returned once the protective layer for the adhesive side has been removed.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns or warranty claims.
