Do I need to sign up to order products?

No. You can purchase products as a guest

Can I change my personal details?

Yes. In your account, you can change or update any of your personal details

Will my personal details be shared?

No. As part of our privacy policy, we won’t share any personal details and all details will be encrypted. For more information, please read our privacy policy section at the bottom of the website

How can I subscribe/unsubscribe to the newsletter?

Subscribe: There is a section to add your email address for the newsletter at the bottom of the website. Once you’ve provided your email address, you’ll receive our newsletter filled with updates and coupons

Unsubscribe: At the bottom of the newsletter, there is a link to unsubscribe. Follow the link and it’ll successfully unsubscribe you

Can I order products not in stock?

No. If you provide us with an email address, we can email you when the product is back in stock online or in store. Additionally, if a product isn’t available online, you can check the availability in store by calling the store’s number

How do I add products to my wish list?

Either when you hover over a product or when you click on the product page, you can click the add to wish list button

Can I add products to my wish list without signing up?

Yes. All products will be saved to your wish list on that specific device. If you would like your wish list to be available on multiple devices, create an account and it will be saved for future reference

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major forms of payment except American Express

What is the delivery cost?

All orders placed before 2:00pm are dispatched the same day before 5.00pm.

Monday – Friday: Subject to Stock Availability.

Next Day Delivery: £5.00 or FREE if you spend £50 or more.

Saturday Delivery: £7.75.

Can I return a product?

Yes. You can return the product to us within 14 calendar days in good condition and we will refund you for the price paid for the product. If the product is not in good condition, we have the right to return the product to you or charge you to restock the item

Can I return a faulty product?

Yes. You can return the product to us within 30 calendar days to claim a full refund or to exchange the product. If the return is confirmed as faulty, the return is free of charge. Returned, faulty products will include the cheapest, standard delivery option. However, if the product is found to be non-faulty, there will be a charge made to your order of £5 for the delivery

Products should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you via the original method of payment. We test returned products and if we we find a returned product isn’t faulty or has been tampered with, we’ll return the product to you and you’ll be liable for the return carriage. We don’t cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear or tear

Are there any products I can’t return?

Yes. We can’t refund, replace or exchange certain products if the seal/packaging has been broken or opened. This includes product software, all types of replacement batteries, memory and media cards and wireless, wired or VR headsets. Screen protectors can’t be returned once the protective layer of adhesive side has been removed

How do I review a product?

On the product page, scroll down to the add review section. It helps us to know what you think of specific products, so please do be honest with your reviews

Can I get my device repaired online?

Unfortunately, we only offer in store repairs. Please check our store guide to see where your nearest store is

Can I cancel an appointment?

Yes. Call the store you booked the appointment with and cancel the appointment

Where do I redeem my coupon code for the repair service?

You can redeem the coupon code in store only. Bring the code with you to your appointment and you’ll receive a discount

What are the working hours of the shops?

Bromley: Monday-Wednesday and Friday-Saturday is 9am-6pm, Thursday is 9am-9pm and Sunday is 11am-5pm

High Wycombe: Monday-Wednesday and Friday-Saturday is 9am-6pm, Thursday is 9am-8pm and Sunday is 11am-5pm

Lakeside: Monday-Friday is 10am-10pm, Saturday is 9am-9pm and Sunday is 11am-5pm

Romford: Monday-Saturday is 9am-5:30pm and Sunday is 11am-5pm
